Remove doors & drawers: We carefully remove your cabinet doors and drawers. being sure to mark the specific location of each hinge to ensure a proper fit when re-installed.

Cleaning: Before any primer or paint can be sprayed, we must have a perfectly clean canvas. cabinet surfaces are cleaned to remove grease, dust, and grime.

Masking: Masking and protection of the non-paint surfaces is a big part of this job. It must be done with great attention to detail. This step typically takes a full day of work. We use an upgraded masking tape to ensure the protection of the non-paint surfaces.

Paint booth: We then set up a sealed spray booth for sanding and painting to help ensure a clean painting environment.

Surface Preparation: A smooth, long-lasting finish starts with proper prep. We sand cabinet surfaces to remove old finishes and create an ideal base for paint adhesion. Any imperfections, like dents or scratches, are repaired with fillers and sanded for a seamless look.

Grain filler: Some cabinets are made of wood with a heavy grain, such as oak. This grain may partially show through the final paint finish. Some people like the wood grain showing through and others are looking for a smooth finish. If a smooth finish is desired, a Grain filler is applied and sanded to a smooth finish. This will typically add 1 full day to the process.

Priming: We apply a high-quality, stain-blocking primer to ensure even coverage and prevent wood tannins or old finishes from bleeding through. This step enhances durability and creates a strong foundation for the topcoat. Once dry, the primer is hand sanded and cleaned before applying the first finish coat.

Caulking: Many painters skip this step but it is necessary to achieve a perfect finish.A high quality caulk is used to conceal noticeable cracks in the doors and cabinets.

First coat of finish: Using premium paints and professional-grade tools, we apply the first finish coat. Once dry, we hand sand and clean to prepare for the 2nd coat.

Second coat of finish: the second coat is applied with the same attention to detail. This usually achieves the finish we are looking for but in some cases, a 3rd coat is required. A 3rd coat will typically add ½ day to the project.

Back together: Once the paint is cured, we put it all back together, ensuring perfect alignment and functionality. Any touch-ups are completed with precision to guarantee a polished, professional outcome.

Cleanup: We conclude with a final cleanup. Leaving your space the way we found it.

Final Inspection: Once the project is complete, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure every detail meets our high standards and that you are 100% happy with the project.
